Please intercede for those in HAITI. Devastation is the word that comes to mind as we watch the news of a 7.0 magnitude earthquake in Haiti. On the island of Hispaniola, the capital of Haiti, Port-au-Prince, is facing a major catastrophe. Please intercede for the injured, as they must patiently await treatment; for those still trapped as they hope for release; for first responders as they struggle against time and exhaustion. Pray for the families and friends who are grieving the death of loved ones and also ask for peace of mind for those waiting to hear news about loved ones. As the days progress, pray continually for relief workers as they survey the affected areas and seek effective means of providing comfort. Pray for believers in the area to be filled with the gift of mercy as they show the love of Christ through serving others. Members of TEAM SERBIA (BALKAN CLUSTER) ask us to remember F. and J., two believers who are about to leave for college in another town.  Their plan is to begin a new group of believers in the new town.  Ask for protection for them from persecution as well as much boldness.

A choir from Hermitage Hills Baptist Church will arrive on Sept. 3 to perform concerts and take opinion polls in Brühl.  Intercede with a couple serving with the NATIONAL TRAINING TEAM (GERMANIC CLUSTER) for hearts that are open and soft to the gospel, as the lost hear about the hope Jesus can give them in their lives.  Ask that Germans will open their eyes and turn from darkness to light and receive forgiveness of their sins.  Lift up the choir as they continue to prepare for the trip and as they travel.

Floods have continued to cause heartache and worry in parts of the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, and Poland.  Villages are gone and destruction is apparent.  Even though the sun has shined for a few days or even a week in some places, the devastation is still there and the future of a lot of people hangs precariously.  Please join the CENTRAL CATHOLIC CLUSTER in asking that the Father will guide, direct and lead these people to Himself.

Members of the DIASPORA CLUSTER in CANADA request intercession for a Sufi Muslim with whom they have been sharing for a year now.  He has asked for a Jesus video and appears to be very close to responding.
