UNREACHED PEOPLE GROUP: You probably have fond memories of the neighborhood, where you grew up – a place where you felt at home and where you and your friends experienced life together. The “Tosk,” better known by the name Shqip, are Albanians. Groups of them are located in communities in all the major cities of Turkey. It is in these neighborhoods with a strong Albanian presence, where life takes place for the Shqip. Intercede that believers will be able to penetrate these neighborhoods and establish friendships with the Shqip. Petition that they will find new life in the Son and that Christian churches will be established in each of their communities.
Members of the GERMANIC CLUSTER are excited about what the Father is doing in the lives of those attending their Bible study. Two members have completed a spiritual gifts course and one of them has since started singing in the praise band and is also helping with the church website. Intercede that the Father will continue to grow and mature each member this year. Ask that A. will take the next step of faith and be immersed. Intercede that the leadership of this group will soon be handed off to another member and that the cluster members will then be able to begin a new group.
Please remember TEAM EASTERN ROMANIA (BLACK SEA ORTHODOX CLUSTER), as they begin meeting weekly with the leadership team at Metanoia Church to implement the National Bible Reading Campaign. Team members share, “We hope it will be a big blessing to them. We are very excited about this and are so thankful for C. and G., who will be assisting with this. We really covet your prayers.” Petition the Father to give them wisdom on the best way to do this so that discipleship and evangelism become a way of life outside of the building, as much as it is inside the building.
