Bulgarians are a people of contradictions. Though an intelligent and rational people, they are trapped by traditions and superstitions. They are a religious people whose culture is tied to the Bulgarian Orthodox church and yet you will find people who call themselves Orthodox atheists. Help Bulgarians hear about the Gospel by praying, going, and giving.

Culturally Orthodox though some call themselves Orthodox atheists, Bulgarians total slightly more than 1% of the population as born-again believers. Almost 99% are without Christ.
