God has put a family in our weekly routine that we have a burden for them and their village near ours. Please pray for this family and for God to give us time together with them.
Praise that God put us in a very cozy neighborhood with nice families. Pray that we can build strong ties to them this winter.
An Irish suicide helpline just reported that their calls have gone up nearly 10% from last year. Please pray that Irish Speakers would know that true hope comes from a right relationship with God through His son, Jesus.
We are grateful that God has opened more doors of deeper relationship with several families. Pray for continued friendship, and that we would serve them in a way that would lead them towards Christ.
In the winter months we need opportunities to connect with villagers as most people are indoors. Pray for chances to meet people.
We give thanks for the many opportunities we had last month to spend one on one time with people in our community. Pray that God would continue to work in their lives.
Pray for a great spiritual awakening in Ireland. Sounds generic but we long to see the Holy Spirit really break loose and many people become convicted of sin and their need for Christ.
Please pray as we approach a woman in the States about translating her curriculum into Irish, and that we would be able to present and conduct this curriculum at the local primary school towards the end of the fall semester.
We have experienced weird medical symptoms here that we never had in the States. Please pray for victory if this is a spiritual issue. Pray for wisdom as we consult doctors here.
Please pray for me as I endeavor to follow up on a wonderful visit with a neighbor over the Christmas holidays. We spent 2 hours sharing about our beliefs, our faith (or lack thereof), etc. Pray for further opportunities to connect and share.
