Floods bring opportunities to give hope in Czech Republic
Floods in Northern Czech Republic gave Harold Johnson the opportunity to partner with Czech Baptists in bringing hope to a people who have lost everything.
Members of the DIASPORA CLUSTER in the CZECH REPUBLIC, share that the youth and sports camp that the XXI Century Russian Church hosted July 11-16 was a great spiritual time. Three professions of faith were made and a number of other young people were brought under the influence of their church. Give praise for a great volunteer team from Mississippi and for answers to their prayers. Intercede for 15-year-old, “Sonny,” a young man with a greatly troubled past, who attended the camp. Petition the Father to free him from the powerful influences of evil in which he has involved himself, calling it entertainment. Also intercede that the love shown to D. during the camp will break his shell of resistance.
Please join members of the DIASPORA CLUSTER working in the CZECH REPUBLIC in asking the Father to give them boldness and opportunities for witness to the mass of tourists, who are in Prague this summer.
This year, in central Czech Republic, the Holy Spirit has been moving and the national church there has seen 3 more added to God’s family in the last few weeks. Bible studies and outreach activities have been started and are continuing. Please intercede with members of the CENTRAL CATHOLIC CLUSTER that workers will be prepared and new believers will be discipled.
