TEAM BUDAPEST (CENTRAL CATHOLIC CLUSTER) shares that Mon., Sept. 20 was the opening day for their English language center near the heart of the city with close proximity to various universities, dormitories and major libraries. By offering English conversation lessons to students, they hope to establish a positive presence in the community, build strong relationships among the students, and provide an account for the hope they possess in the Son. Please intercede that the Father will use this center for His glory and that they will connect well with the student community. Ask that individuals will be drawn to participate in Bible study groups, where they can learn and discover who the Son truly is.
At the end of August, HANDS ON students, Ali and Kendra (CENTRAL CATHOLIC CLUSTER) arrived safely in Hungary and found an apartment 3 days later! Last week they met with some students and have decided to have an English club with different themes. This group started on Monday, September 6. Please intercede for this time, that many students will come and ultimately their lives will be changed. Also ask the Father to raise up Hungarian believers that are needed to assist with this. Petition that they will see that their help is needed and that the Father wants to use them mightily.
B. lives in Hungary and gave his life to the Son this summer. Please intercede with members of the CENTRAL CATHOLIC CLUSTER that he will be able to go church and that he will grow in his faith. Petition that his friends and family will see a different B. and ask what has changed in his life and that he will be able to share that the Son is now his personal Lord and Savior.
What is the definition of peace? In Hungary, members of the CENTRAL CATHOLIC CLUSTER are having discussions with a business man about this topic. He has lived abroad for many years and has returned to his homeland in search of a “slower pace of life” and maybe some peace. Intercede that this Hungarian will come to these team members again and that they will be able to share more about the Prince of Peace with him.
