Baptists in Texas are hosting the Engage Europe Summit Oct. 11-13 at First Baptist Church (FBC) of Forney, Texas. The Baptist General Convention of Texas and the Southern Baptists of Texas Convention are joining the International Mission Board (IMB) and FBC Forney for the event.

International Mission Board (IMB) workers Peyton Sanchez* (Moscow, Russia), Melanie Van Laningham (Ohrid, Macedonia) and Susan Kerney* (Novosibirsk, Russia) walked into a T.G.I. Friday’s(R) restaurant in downtown Budapest, Hungary, with other IMB missionaries who were searching for a taste of home.
Gordana was excited to find a Christian coffee shop in her small city of Ohrid, Macedonia, and stopped by one day in search of a Bible. There she met Melanie Van Laningham, an International Mission Board (IMB) Journeyman, who was happy to give her a New Testament and two Christian books.
