Please intercede as a member of TEAM EASTERN ROMANIA (BLACK SEA ORTHODOX CLUSTER) makes preparation to begin the “3650 experiment” on October 8, 2011. This team member shares: “The basic idea is to see what will happen (experiment), if I focus on two important activities: 1) The command to make disciples; and 2) doing the work of evangelism – day after day, for a period of ten years (3650 days). It is an ‘experiment’ with eternal focus.” Petition the Father to give him wisdom and discernment in seeking to fully equip 72 young men with the gospel and with group multiplication principles that are sensitive to the culture of Romania.
Give praise with the ROMA CLUSTER for 14 new believers in Slovakia and 13 in Romania, who came to faith during volunteer weeks in July. Give praise for the volunteers and locals, who were part of those times. Intercede for good follow-up.
Lift up Roma missionaries in Romania, who will be going to work among Roma throughout the country. Give praise with the ROMA CLUSTER for the 19, who will be leaving their homes to work in other places for 6 weeks. Petition for much fruit from their efforts.
Please remember a member of the BLACK SEA ORTHODOX CLUSTER who has been, and will continue meeting with strategic Romanian church planters, lay leaders, and pastors in Eastern Romania. Intercede that the relationships established will grow. Ask the Father to continue to reveal His plans for future outreach and implementation of discipleship studies in the southeast region of Romania.
