Intercede for a new member of the Blessing Gospel Choir in Madrid. This choir was formed about 5 years ago with the vision of bringing believers and not-yet-believers (NYBs) together in community, so that NYB choir members can come to know the Son through fellowship with believers, and singing and hearing His Word. They have seen several people come to faith and be immersed, and in fact a church is starting up through these new believers! This new member is in need of the love of Christ and a personal relationship with Him, the great healer of our souls. Lift up a member of the(WESTERN MEDITERRANEAN CLUSTER, as she begins to meet weekly with this person for language exchange. Intercede that the Father will open doors for the Gospel and new life in Him.
Rejoice with members of TEAM NAPLES (WESTERN MEDITERRANEAN CLUSTER) that they have been very warmly welcomed back to Naples (Italy) after a six-month stateside assignment. They request that we lift up the economic difficulties there. While they were gone, quite a few stores have closed – some that have been around for over a century. Ask that as Neapolitans are anxious about the economy that they will discover the perfect peace found only in the Son.
TEAM MARSEILLE (WESTERN MEDITERRANEAN CLUSTER) shares, “Please continue to lift up our friends and near-believers in our group. Many of those within our little community are seeking and studying the Word, but have yet to make a commitment to follow the Son as their Savior. We continue to meet once or twice per month for fellowship and worship and we sense that they want to move forward together, but don’t know how. This is an exciting time! The Holy Spirit is moving. Just ask that everything that hinders will fall away for these near-believers and that they will let their personal walls fall down and learn to trust in the Son and each other to create a faith community.”
Lift up members of the WESTERN MEDITERRANEAN CLUSTER in PORTUGAL as they hold a basketball camp this week for 200 children. They rejoice that the Father has provided so many local and US volunteers in just the last few weeks to make this camp happen. He has also provided sufficient money to host the camp and local connections to open unique doors that will allow them to put this event on. Ask that the Father will bring exactly the children that He wants to be involved and that they are able to get to know them and their families, as they love them and share the Good News with them.
